About Us

Hi, I’m Marc, the founder of Yellow Spoke Coach. With years of experience in youth engagement and empowerment, I created Yellow Spoke Coach to inspire change and build resilience—one spoke at a time.

Coaching has always been part of my life, whether on the sports field, in the workplace, or in my everyday interactions. My journey has been shaped by roles that put me at the heart of young people’s lives: as an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer for housing associations, a Schools Engagement and Young Person Officer for West Midlands Police, and in community engagement roles supporting young people who have faced adversity, disenfranchisement, and disadvantage.

What I’ve learned through these experiences is that when we truly listen to young people, center them in their own journeys, and create meaningful opportunities, they can overcome obstacles and become focused, driven, and empowered.
